Now, coming back to your question, are you referring to the Clear Form Cache option? This feature is only available on the desktop version of Jotform. The Mobile App doesn’t have a built-in option to clear form cache. You can do it directly from your phone’s settings instead. It's easy to do depending on your device. Let me walk you through it:
- On your phone, go to Device Settings.
- Tap Apps and select Jotform.
- Tap Storage and choose Clear Cache.
