Hi, I offer both paid and unpaid services. How do I make the Unpaid services user submit a form without going through the payment gateway, and when the user selects a paid service, that service should go through the payment gateway? I have to use ONE FORM

You can use conditions to show/hide the payment gateway. Here's how to do that:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

2. On the left panel, click on Conditions and click on the Add Condition button.

3. Now, select the Show/Hide Field option.
