Unable to add chatbot to forms

Hi I noticed I do not have the option to add ai chatbot to forms as described in other articles. When I check the settings and side menu options, the Ai Chatbot option is missing for all forms in my account. Kindly assist, thank you.

Can you try clearing your browser cache, opening My Workspace in a different browser or incognito tab, or testing on another device to see if the issue still occurs? If the issue persists, you can share with us the link to the Form Builder where the AI Agent is not showing so we can try to replicate the issue.

This is happening to all forms in my account, not just this.

I checked the link you shared and confirmed that it points to a Jotform App. I also checked one of my Jotform Apps on my side and I can confirm that the AI Chatbot option is available in the App Builder. This means you should also be able to find it in your own App settings. It's easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

1. Ensure that you are in the App Builder.
2. Click on the Settings tab in the top purple navigation bar.
3. From the left menu, select AI Chatbot.

I understand it is available on the app, I need it in the form.

I saw that you're in the Settings tab of your Form Builder, which is why you can't find the AI Agent option. You should go to the Publish tab of your Form Builder to see the AI Agent option. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen.
2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on AI Agent.

From that section, you can start creating an AI Agent for your form. Do you need further assistance regarding your form's AI Agent?
