I need to cancel my account as the study is completed and I no longer will be using it.

Hi Kim, thanks for reaching out! I understand you'd like to cancel your account since your study is complete. You can easily do this by following these steps:
- Go to your https://www.jotform.com/myworkspace/">My Workspace page.
- Click on your Profile Picture/Avatar on the top-right side of the screen and open the https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/">Account Page in a new browser tab.
- Scroll down and click on Delete My Account at the bottom.
- In the Confirmation window, click on Yes, Delete.
- Copy the Verification Code sent to your email address.
- Enter the code to verify, and click the red Delete My Account button.
Alternatively, you can downgrade to the Starter plan instead of deleting your account, which allows you to keep access to all your assets. Let me know if you need anything else!

Hi Kim,
I checked your account and can see that it's a Form User type account. We can delete this account on our end. Do you want to proceed with deleting your account? If this is not the account that you're trying to delete, can you share with us the email address or username of the account so that we can check?
Once we hear back from you, we can get moving on a solution.
