We currently use jotform for our catholic parish website event sign-ups. We now are getting calls that it is not allowing people to sign up for our craft show. Do we need to purchase a bigger package, if so, is there a discount for churches on package price?

    Hi stbensquare1,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and I can see that you are currently on the Starter plan, which includes limits such as 5 active forms, 100 monthly submissions, 10 signed documents and 100 MB of available space. You have reached the monthly limits for Signed documents and the Upload Space limit for your account.

Upgrading to a higher-tier plan like Bronze, Silver, or Gold will increase your submission limits, storage, and other features to better accommodate your event sign-ups. You can view and choose plans on the Jotform Features and Pricing page, where you can select either monthly or yearly payment options.

Regarding discounts, Jotform offers special discounts for non-profit and educational organizations. These discounts are typically available when upgrading to a yearly plan. You can learn more about these discounts and apply for them by visiting the Jotform Discounts page. Once approved, you may receive up to a 50% discount on Bronze, Silver, or Gold plans.

Upgrading your account is easy. Let me show you how:

    1. Log in to your Jotform account, go to the Pricing page, and click on Upgrade under the subscription plan you want.
