In our Jotform inboxes, the Archive tab has gone missing. The owner of the form is able to see it through the "hamburger" icon on the right hand side, but everyone else who was invited to access the inbox cannot. Is there a way to make it visible to the rest of the team again?

Hi Courtney,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested this on my end, and it seems that a Collaborator can no longer access archived submissions, but the form owner only. Check out the image below:
Note that the collaborators can only view the actual submissions on the form but not the archived ones. I recommend asking the form owner to unarchive the submissions so the collaborators can see them on their end.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

That really doesn't solve our problem though - We basically use the Inbox and Archive as "already worked" and "not yet worked" folders for the form contents, and often have to go back and reference forms that were previously archived, for one reason or another. Is there really no way to go back to the way it was just yesterday? Where collaborators can view all the archives as well?

Hi Courtney,
Can you confirm if you can see the collapsible (hamburger like) menu on the upper right corner like the one shown below:
If not, then note that the system no longer allows Archive and Trash to appear as fixed tabs alongside the Inbox, as they did in the previous layout. These sections can now only be accessed through the hamburger menu located in the upper-right corner of the Inbox. At the moment, there is no option to revert to the older design.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
