send a notification on WhatsApp

vorrei che le RISPOSTE del modulo vengano ricevute anche su Whatsapp.

We don't have direct integration with Whatsapp.

I have a forwarded a feature request to our developers.

Please note that we cannot give an ETA when this feature would be added or will it be passed however, once we have updates, you will be notified.

Alternatively, you may receive mobile notifications if you install the JotForm mobile form app.

However, only the form owner can receive a mobile notification when someone submits the form.

We're excited to announce that we’ve just made it easier to reach people where they already are—on WhatsApp! With Jotform’s WhatsApp integration, you can get real-time notifications as soon as someone submits your form—helping you reply faster and stay connected. It’s fast to set up and fits right into your existing workflow. Here’s how to get started:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Next, click on Integrations in the menu on the left side of the page.
3. Now, search for WhatsApp and then click on it. 
4. Then, click on Here or scan the QR Code on the screen to verify your WhatsApp number. 
5. In the WhatsApp window that opens, click on the Send icon to continue. 
6. You’ll get a Confirmation message in WhatsApp once your number’s verified. 
7. Now, go back to your form and click on Check Your Verification.
8. After that, set up your Notification Message, and then click on Save to finish. 

Once saved, your WhatsApp integration will come up in your list of actions. To make changes, hover your mouse over it and click on the Three Dots icon to see more options like See Action Logs, Rename Action, Disable Action, or Delete Action:

If you want to edit the integration, click on the Edit icon in the top-right corner of the WhatsApp integration section:
