I have 2 forms, a usd form and a cdn form, posting here:

Both are set for mandatory credit cards but my accountants are not receiving payment. Can you help me please

I use the evacademy account, on both forms I posted no one from my accounting team is receiving payments even when the person gives their credit card.
I have spent hours in settings and still not working ;)

Hi Cindy,
I checked your forms and it seems like the Stripe Payment integration is not yet connected to your account which is why the payments are not going through. It's really easy to fix. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click the Credit Card icon in the upper right side then the Plug button next to Stripe.
- Select the Stripe connection you want to integrate or if you don't have a Stripe connection, click the Add New Connection button.
- Choose your payment gateway and add your preferred Connection Name.
- Now, click the Connect with Stripe button to authenticate your Stripe account.
5. Then click the Save button.
6. Select the Payment Connection you added and choose Use. That's it.
