    Hi Erica,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand you mentioned that you cannot download your graphics. If by graphics you mean the images uploaded to your form submissions, you can download them from the Jotform Mobile App by following these steps:

    1. In the app, tap on Forms at the top of the screen
    2. Select your form and tap on Show in Tables
    3. Tap on the image you want to download, then tap on the Download icon.

    If you meant something else by graphics, can you give us a bit more detail or share a screenshot? Once we hear back from you, we will be able to help further.
