Hello. Can I create a form that automatically uploads the results to a Box App Folder?

Hi Dominic,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:
You can automatically upload form results to a Box folder by integrating your form with Box. Here’s how to do it:
- Go to Settings in your Form Builder.
- Select Integrations from the left menu and search for Box.
- Authenticate your Box account and authorize access.
- Set up your folder options such as the main folder name and whether to create subfolders for each submission.
- Choose what to send to Box, like submission PDFs and uploaded files.
- Map form fields to metadata if needed and save the integration.
Once set up, your form submissions will be automatically uploaded to your Box folder.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards,

Hi Dominic,
I checked your form, and I see that you've already set up the Box Integration in your form:
Do you still need help with this? If yes, can you explain a bit more about what's happening with the integration so we can better understand the issue? You can also check this guide on How to Integrate Your Form with Box to know more.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
