We host pop-up BBQ events that we would like pre order forms for our customers.

But they occur on different days and at different locations also many have different menus.

On certain pop up events the customers are private, from one company which would have to be password protected and can't be posted online or face book most likely through a company wide email.

Also there would have to be a cut off order date two days prior to all events.

Another question is there a way the customer can check out by phone?

The following guides will help you get started with creating order forms:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/47-order-form-basics

    https://www.jotform.com/help/49-order-form-types

You've mentioned different menus, so does that mean the customer will have to provide the products/items they want for the event? Our payment tools will only allow you to add products, enable quantity, add some options for the product, set up special pricing, and enable sub-products. There is no feature that would allow you to provide users the option to input their product items and price them automatically.

If there's a need to schedule, and if you want to block certain days and hours after a client takes them, you may opt to set up an appointment in the form.

The appointment will also allow you to set up a minimum scheduling date.

As for the private events, I think you can utilize the Unique ID feature of our forms. This would allow you to record entries with a unique identifier. The Unique ID will be the ticket for the company member to event the event. At the event, the front desk people can validate the unique ID if submitted as part of the company event.

Lastly, the checkout by phone is possible since our Form Tables allows you to input an entry manually. The only thing I could think of that would be an issue is how you will get the payment. Maybe, send them a payment link, which is also created on our form builder.

I hope that helps. Please let us know if you require additional assistance.

As for the different menu items we as a company decide with the customer which menu would be best for their private event. So we would create that menu prior to being published. The problem I see occurring is how to get the menu only into the eyes of said persons with a payment and a cut off date..?

Unfortunately, there is no direct approach to this type of payment. Once you add the menu items as products in the product list/payment field, they are visible for users to select. Well, there is an option to disable a product item. You can utilize this option to hide certain products from non-company customers and make them visible when they are ready to submit their payment. But in that case, they would need to tell you that they are ready to pay so that you can enable the products.

Or, maybe, create a separate form for that company alone. On this separate form, set an expiration date (Disable on Date) as the cut-off date in the settings. Please check the following guide for more details:

    I hope that helps.

Can I run private created forms to a company email list only? If they deny me there company employees emails could I set up a form password generated to one company?
