Log in to multiple computers

Hi,

My company needs multiple people to log in to work on forms we received, e.g. one person working on uploads, another working on something else. Problem is every time a person logs in, the other person is logged out.

How can we do multiple logins (like for Gmail)?

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Unfortunately, Jotform's standard plans only allow one login per account at a time, so when one person logs in, the other gets logged out. For multiple users to work simultaneously, you can consider upgrading to Jotform Enterprise, which supports multiple users with full control and visibility. Alternatively, you can use our Form Collaboration feature to let team members work on the same form together.
