Archived submissions button not showing.

    I need to see my archived submissions (more than 25 submissions were archived in different days) but that section is missing, every time i try to go to archived or trash i cant find the button where it was supposed to be and instead it only shows “conversations” or sends me back to the non archived submissions

    i REALLY need the archived submissions to check what my clients want, could it have been deleted on its own? i didnt press delete on anything, i cant even find it to access it and i really need it

    attaching the url to the form where thats happening

    Hi Juru,

    It's easy to check your Archive entries on your submission table. Let me show you how:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon near your table tab name.

    If the issue persists, can you share the Form URL that you are referring to? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
