Hi how can I make this happen? Like anyone, submit only 1 application. Limit one application per user per week.

Hi Pranav,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, Jotform doesn’t offer a built-in way to automatically limit users to one submission per week. While you can prevent duplicate entries using a unique question like email address, enforcing a weekly limit isn’t currently supported. As a workaround, we recommend using Manual Prefill. This way, you decide who gets access and when, effectively limiting submissions to once per week per user. Prefilling your form manually is easy. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- Now, click on Prefill in the menu on the left side of the page, and then select Manual Prefill.
- Click on Add a New Prefill and enter the necessary data on the fields.
- Finally, click on Create button on the top-right side of the New Prefill page.
