Document Upload Verification

The additional documents you want me to upload is not working. When selecting "Start Camera" to take the selfie with my id it says permission denied. I am unable to provide as your system is not allowing me. Please advise.

Just to add, I tested the URL and the camera and upload field is working fine on my end. Can you try using a different device and ensure that you enable the permission to use your camera?
