PayPal on form not working correctly since last two months

No I have not VENMO for payment option I have paypal for payment because its very comfortable but from the last two months with jot form its not doing as good what is the reason? please help me in this case.

I could not find any form in your account.
Please let us know what issue you are facing with PayPal on your form.
