Lorevie Jotform SupportHi sfm,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. While we do offer Support in many foreign languages, and we're working hard to add more every day, we don't currently have Dutch Support agents who can help you. So I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using.
Now, coming back to your question, can you explain more about it? I checked your Gratis infobundel form, but it doesn't have an Appointment or Date Picker field on it. Can you give us an example of how you want the flow of your form would be?
As soon as we hear back from you, we can work on getting you a solution for this.

fsmHi,
Thanks. Yes, what I mean is this:
The goal of the form is to get visitors to book a call with me. I use cal.com as my calendar, so they can pick a date/time there.
Obviously another goal is to qualify them.
At the 10th question the visitor can either choose YES or NO. If they choose YES they should be directed to my cal.com url so they can pick a date/time. If they choose NO should be directed to the next questions on the form.

Joeni Jotform SupportHi fsm,
To redirect users to your Cal.com URL, you can set up conditional logic using the Change Thank You Page feature. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar and select the Conditions tab on the left side menu.
- Now, select the Change Thank You Page option in the New Conditions Menu.
- Then, set up the conditions below and click on the Save button to apply changes.

If that’s not quite what you’re looking for, can you share a bit more info so I can help you better?
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
