Is the thank you page only available on desktop not mobile app?

The new Thank you page settings are available in the mobile app as well. Kindly make sure you have the latest version of the Jotform mobile app.

You are using Cards Layout. The thank-you pages setting are in the Thank you page card. You'll find it below the last card in your form builder.
