Help with storage

About a week ago I deleted a bunch of forms It says I’m out of storage and never updated when will it update?

Thanks for reaching out. Deleting the forms alone will not reduce the space used. You’ll also need to delete the uploaded files linked to those forms. To do this, please delete the form submissions containing the uploads and then purge them from the Trash in your Tables or Inbox.

Once the submissions are fully purged, the space will update right away.

Let us know once you’ve tried this, and we can check again if needed.
