Hi Manson,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The reason why you can't submit the form again is because the form has a setting enabled that restricts users to only one submission. Do note that Jotform is an online form builder used by our customers to collect data from their responders. Since you have filled out a form created through Jotform, and have questions about it, it is important to get in touch with the form owner to discuss it. You can reply to the email you have received after submitting the form to contact the form owner.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Manson,
Thanks for the clarification. Since this happens only on your side and other users can submit without issues, it’s possible that your browser’s cache, cookies, or IP address are being detected as already submitted.
Could you please try the following:
- Open the form in a private/incognito browser window.
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then try again.
- If possible, try submitting from a different browser or network.
Also, as Kris mentioned earlier, you may reach out to the form owner to confirm if any “Unique Submission” or “Unique Question” settings are enabled, as these can prevent multiple entries.
Let us know if the issue persists after these steps, so we can further check.
Best!
