    Hello,

I tried what you said (recreate in Smart PDF in order for questions not to scramble when downloading it as a pdf). But once I created the Smart PDF, I couldn't save it as a blank form pdf file. There was no download option.

How do I create a downloaded pdf version of my form without the questions scrambling?

    Hi Sherone,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

Let me help you with that:

To create and download a fillable PDF version of your form without the questions scrambling, follow these steps:

    1. Go to your My Workspace page and hover over your form, then click on More on the right side.
    2. Select Publish Form from the dropdown menu.
    3. In the Publish window, click on the PDF tab and then click the Download button.
    4. You will be redirected to the Jotform PDF Editor. Here, you can customize the PDF layout of your form.
    5. Click Download in the upper-right corner of the PDF Editor page to save the fillable PDF version of your form.

This method ensures the questions do not scramble when downloading the PDF. If you want a blank form PDF, this is the way to get it.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Best regards,
    Jotform Support

Didn't work. PDF download had scrambled questions even though you said it wouldn't.
