I earned a form I do not see

I've had two friends sign up and only one additional form is available. I see both emails but one said not verified yet she has verified it. Now what?

I understand that you referred two friends but only received credit for one additional form, and that one friend’s account still shows as Not Verified even though they’ve already confirmed their email. Have your friend log in to their Jotform account and ensure they clicked the verification link from our email, then log out and log back in to refresh the status. Once their account is verified, the referral reward should apply automatically within 24 hours.

If the issue persists, provide us with their email address and, if possible, a screenshot showing that they’ve completed verification so we can check on our end and ensure the referral is properly credited.
