Hi,
I have a form https://form.jotform.com/251396153220046 that creates a filled-out PDF. I have the notification emails set to go to our client, but when they try to download the attachments, they are prompted to log in. Additionally, they are asked to log in to access the inbox. I followed your instructions to enable form downloads in the settings, but the system is still prompting for a login. I think i'm missing something somewhere but can't figure it out.
here are the security settings, I turned off require login for both submissions and attachments
Thank you

Hi Brittany,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
It looks like you have already disabled the "Require log-in to see submissions" and "Require log-in to view uploaded files" options, which is correct. However, please ensure these settings were changed from the Desktop version of Jotform, as this option is not available on the Mobile App.
Also, double-check that the changes were saved properly in your account's Security settings under Privacy. If the issue persists, consider including a download link of the PDF submission in your notification emails using the {pdf-link} tag instead of attaching the file directly. This allows clients to download the PDF without logging in.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Brittany,
I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but I was able to download the PDF submissions and attachments without any issue. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you ask your clients to clear their browser's cache and see how it goes?
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
