Unable to Access Account Due to Email Authentication While Account Owner is on PTO

    Hi,

    We currently have a USTA PNW JotForm account with the email address kszambelan@pnw.usta.com associated with it. Katie is out of the office, and when logging in to JotForm, it’s requiring email authentication. Since Katie is on PTO, my entire team is unable to access the account.

    Is there a way to set this up differently — for example, with a verification code sent to an alternate email — so the team can access it? Or does it have to remain tied to one email address?

    We absolutely need to regain access as soon as possible, so anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated. We are also trying to contact Katie, but we’re not sure if we’ll be able to reach her.

    We were just able to get in, so no crisis. However, still wondering if
    there is a way for verification to not be tied to a single email.

    Hi Elece,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Email Authentication is required when account sharing is detected. Unfortunately, this can't be disabled. You can ask your staff to create their own Jotform account and add them as a Collaborator. Let me show you How to Share your Form with Collaborators:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Collaborators on the upper right side of the page.

    2. Click on the Copy Link button and manually send it to your staff.
