I keep getting logged out every 5 minutes and then I have to use an authentication code sent to my email to log back in - this is so inconvenient to our work flow..hoping this is a glitch today and they plan on fixing it. Anyone having the same issue?

The issue happens if your account is being used by different devices at the same time. Jotform only allows you to log in on a single device at a time. Logging in to multiple devices simultaneously is classified as having multiple users, which is a feature only available for Enterprise users.
If you need an account that allows multiple users, we encourage you to look into upgrading to Jotform Enterprise. Enterprise accounts can accommodate everyone on your team, while giving you full control and visibility into each action taken by members of your team, for IT audit purposes.
