Need to find the username to a jot form that i created

I need to find the username that belongs to the Jotform that I created so that I can see those who replied to the form.

If you want to find the username associated with the Jotform you created, please check your account's My Forms page at https://www.jotform.com/myforms/. Your forms should be listed there, and you can view the responses from the form owner account.

If you don't see the form there, check the Archive and Trash folders on the lower left side of the My Forms page.

The jotform is https://form.jotform.com/251523338728056. What is the username that is associated with this form.

Jotform does not disclose the username associated with a form to others. The username belongs to the account that created the form, and this information is private. If you want to see responses, please log in to the account you used to create the form.

I am the one that created the form, but i use several google email addresses. I am not sure which one is the correct email address.

If you're unsure which email you used to create the form, try logging in with each of your Google email addresses at https://www.jotform.com/login. Once logged in, check the My Forms page to see if your form appears.

I checked the form you shared, and it’s currently under the account associated with o***ce@c**t*n.l**. If you recognize this email, you can log in to the Jotform account to access the submission data. You can reset the password if needed. Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.

2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.

3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.

5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
