    Hi tupss,

Note that Jotform's standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) support only one active login session at a time, meaning one user per account. If you need multiple users to access and collaborate on forms, you'll need to upgrade to Jotform Enterprise which allows for multiple users. Alternatively, you can use the Form Collaboration feature to allow other users to edit forms without logging into the same account.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

Since when has this changed? I’ve been using Jotform for over 10 years, paying every month, and my team has always been able to log in without issues. Now you’ve removed access to push me toward an Enterprise upgrade—that’s not ethical at all. Just yesterday, it worked exactly as it has for years. I have six computers, and until yesterday, I could log into all six at the same time without a problem.

please tell me the solution of this...

    Hi tupss,

I understand your concern. This has been part of our Terms of Use from the start (Account Creation & Security section) and is now being gradually applied to all accounts. Jotform’s standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) allow only one active login session at a time and cannot be shared with others.

If you need multiple users to work on the same forms, you can upgrade to Jotform Enterprise, which supports multiple logins. As an alternative, you can use the Form Collaboration feature to let others edit forms without logging into your account. Sharing the Collaboration link with your teammates is really easy. Let me show you how:

    1. On the top-right side of the Form Builder page, click on Add Collaborators.
    2. In the window that pops up, click on Copy Link and then just share that link with your teammates.

THis is unfair, just force people to upgrade a jotform thats you already using for years..

when I sent the link to my work team, jotform ask for login to each induadual, please explain how to share with my team but they not need to login,

    Hi tupss,

We understand the frustration. If you are referring to the collaboration link, with recent updates, the collaboration system has changed to improve form management and security. Here's how the collaboration link works:

    • Form Collaboration in the Form Builder allows multiple team members to work on a form at the same time through a unique collaboration link.
    • The collaboration link is valid for 72 hours and can be refreshed to generate a new one.
    • Collaborators can join with or without a Jotform account.
    • The Form Builder shows real-time activity, including who is working on which element.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    Hi tupss,

If the Table is set to Private or Company Access, the collaborator must verify their identity by logging in with the same email address used in the invitation. You can change the Table to Public so anyone can view it, although they will not be able to edit it.

Regarding the login error, the link in the View Table button contains a token or invitation key that confirms the user’s authority to access the table. To complete the process, they need to log in with the same email address that received the invitation so it can be accepted.I can only log into my account in one computer Image 1 Screenshot 20Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
