Mary Jotform SupportHi airbnbcorazondeleje,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I checked and see that your upload space is currently at 861.46 KB. Are you still having issues with your upload space? Was this issue already resolved?
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

airbnbcorazondelejeHola, el sistema me dice que tengo 43 mega ocupadas y ya he borrado todos los envíos. Me pueden indicar en qué están ocupadas y cómo hago para liberar este espacio?

Mark Alan Jotform SupportHi airbnbcorazondeleje,
Your account storage usage depends on the uploaded files within your form submissions. Even if submissions are deleted, the files may still be stored in the Trash or Incomplete Submissions folder for up to 30 days. You can easily delete your trashed submissions in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:
- In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
 - In the Dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
 - Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
 - Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the Confirmation window, click on the Delete button to confirm.

To avoid permanently losing submission data, it’s recommended to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF. Purging deleted submissions will free up your Submission Storage and Upload Space but won’t affect other limits. You can also check out our guide about Account Usage and Limits for more information. Here's how to View Your Form’s Incomplete Submissions in Jotform Tables:- On your Workspace page, put a check in the box next to the form you want to see incomplete submissions for.
 - Then, in the menu at the top of the page, click on Submissions.
 - Once you are on the Jotform Tables page, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form's name, and then in the dropdown menu, click on Incomplete Submissions.
 - In the Incomplete Submission menu that opens on the right side of the page, hover your mouse over the incomplete submission you want to view and click on View. This will open the form with the incomplete submission in a new tab.

If you want to delete the incomplete submission, let me show you how to do it:- While the Incomplete Submission menu is still open, tick the box next to the Incomplete Payment Submissions you want to delete.
 - Next, click on Delete.
 - Then, in the Confirmation window that opens, click on Delete Data.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
