Cannot log into account and authentication code not received

    JotForm keeps sending me a notice that I need to authenticate my account but they never send me a code and then it says an error has occurred. I have necessary work that needs to be completed.

    It seems you are not receiving the authentication code needed to log in. This usually happens when multiple devices try to access the same account, and only one login session is allowed at a time on standard plans. Please make sure to log out from Jotform on other devices before trying again.

    If you have two-factor authentication enabled and cannot access your code, you can use your recovery codes to log in instead.

    I checked the logs of the email address associated with your Jotform account and noticed multiple authentication emails that were successfully sent. Can you try checking the junk and spam folder on the email account? You can also try to use other browsers to check your email account. We also recommend adding noreply@jotform.com to your mailbox's contact list to prevent it from blocking emails from Jotform.

    Another way is to Whitelist Jotform domains and IPs in your web/email host to ensure that all the emails sent to you will be received successfully.

    Here are the IP addresses and ranges you can whitelist:

    • 152.160.0.0/16
    • 23.251.253.0/26
    • 209.127.149.0/24
    • 209.127.136.0/24
    • 212.47.85.0/24

    Additionally, you may want to whitelist the following sender domains to ensure reliable email delivery:
