I have a form that has not been receiving submissions since it reached 99 submissions. I don't show an imposed submission limit and have not met any monthly limits. How can I resolve this as we are losing data quickly?
We noticed a trigger to our scholarship application sending over scholarship applications without the parent enrollment form.

Hi CharityCares,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you try Clearing Your Form Caches? It's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
