I'm having trouble linking the Knowledge Base Table

    Hello Support Team, I am working on a customer service project for an Egyptian domestic tourism company that offers hotel booking services in Sharm El Sheikh, Hurghada, and other coastal cities within Egypt. The project involves creating a form to collect client data, setting up a knowledge base table with offers and services, and configuring a workflow that links the form submissions to the knowledge base via an AI agent to interact intelligently with clients. The steps I have taken so far, which were suggested by the support assistant(PODO AI), include:

    Creating a client data collection form with fields such as name, phone number, email, city, service type, number of people, stay duration, and dates.

    Creating a knowledge base table with details of offers and services including offer name, description, price, city, and special conditions.

    Attempting to set up a workflow in Jotform to link the form submissions to the knowledge base using a 'Get Data' or 'Search Records' action to retrieve relevant offers based on client queries.

    The current problem I am facing is that when I add the knowledge base table to the workflow, I receive an error message stating:

    "To make sure all steps are working correctly in your workflow, please fix the errors listed below."

    This happens despite having data in the knowledge base table. I suspect there might be a misconfiguration or a missing step in linking the table correctly within the workflow.     Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you confirm if the issue is happening from the AI Agent Builder? Can you send us the affected link to the AI Agent or form? Can you also share with us a screenshot of the error message that you're getting? Let me show you How to Post a Screenshot to Our Support Forum:

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
