There's a remnant of a field I deleted

At the bottom of page 1 of my form, there is a remnant of a field I deleted. I've tried multiple ways to remove it and it keeps coming back. Can you permanently remove it please?

Thanks for the update. I’m glad to hear you were able to correct it. If the issue happens again, you can try clearing your form cache. It's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

2. In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.

3. In the Settings menu, click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
