I turned off unique entries since we were getting a lot of false errors reported. that was a few days ago and random submissions are still getting error no multiple entrys.

Hi Jordan,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything worked the way it should. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:
I was able to submit the fork multiple times using the same browser and the same information without receiving an error. I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches. Can you give it another try to see if it works? If you're still having difficulties with this, can you explain a bit more about the error form fillers are receiving? Also, if you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

Hi Jordan,
I can see that both Unique Field and Unique Submission are currently set to no check on your form. Note that your form will be able to accept another entry from the same user as soon as you turn off these features. I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches to prevent this issue from happening. You can also suggest to the form users to clear their browser's cache.
Can you ask them to try it again and see how it goes? If you they into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
