Hello,
One of my forms is showing a badge indicating 1 new record even though all submissions have been viewed.
Here’s what I’ve already tried without success:
- Checked Inbox and marked all entries as read.
- Checked Tables view and marked all entries as read.
- Opened Trashed entries and confirmed nothing unread remains.
- Cleared form cache from my account settings.
- Logged out and back in.
The badge still shows “1 new record.” Could you please reset or clear the unread counter for this form from your end?
Thank you,

Hi SWIFT,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
It seems you've already tried the common steps to clear the incorrect "1 new record" badge, including marking all entries as read, checking trash, clearing cache, and logging out and back in. Unfortunately, there is no direct way to reset this badge from the user side beyond these steps.
If the badge persists, it might be a temporary sync issue on our end. We recommend waiting a short while to see if it clears automatically. If it does not, please let us know so we can investigate further.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards,
Jotform Support -

I don't think "waiting a short while" will be effective, as I have already waited multiple days after taking these steps.

Hi SwiftRoboticsNC,
To remove the badge/submissions' notification from your Workspace, here's how:
1. On your Workspace dashboard, directly click the Badge/Notification on the Form.
2. A panel appears from the right with the Submissions' data, click on the Arrow Next at the top to view all submissions.
After viewing the submissions, refresh your Workspace page. It should remove the badge from your form. Also, after checking your form fields, there's a Product List field with payment integration in it. Sometimes, Incomplete Payments/Incomplete Submissions appear in your form as notifications. Try to check if there are incomplete submissions from your Tables. Here's how:
- On your My Workspace page, put a check in the box next to the form you want to see incomplete submissions for.
- Then, in the menu at the top of the page, click on Submissions.
- Once you are on the Jotform Tables page, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form's name, and then in the dropdown menu, click on Incomplete Submissions.
- In the Incomplete Submission menu that opens on the right side of the page, hover your mouse over the incomplete submission you want to view and click on View. This will open the form with the incomplete submission in a new tab.
- While the Incomplete Submission menu is still open, tick the box next to the Incomplete Payment Submissions you want to delete.
- Next, click on Delete.
- Then, in the Confirmation window that opens, click on Delete Data.
