Hello,
I have an appointment element and I would like to know how can a date selection be available after defined number of days from the day the form is accessed. For example, if defined number for availability is after 5 days, today it should give date selection from August 13. Tomorrow if someone access the form, then it should be August 14th and so on.

Hi jsmc,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. This feature you're looking for to show available slots in the Appointment element after a certain number of days is unsupported. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
This feature is currently available with the Date Picker element by using the format today+number of days in the Start Date box. Let's walk through this together using a cloned form:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Build.
- Click on the Add Element, and under the Basic tab, add a Date Picker element into the form's page.
- Click on the Gear icon of the Date Picker element.
- Then go to the Limits tab.
- Type today+number of days like today+5 on the Start Date box under the Start & End Date.
Here's a screencast below of how this works:
Let us know if you've got other questions.

I understand the work around and possibly would work for our community, but just for the date.
How do I get predefined time of every hour from 11am to 6pm, similar to Appointment picker. The option in the Appointment picker for the time is perfect.
How do I get such functionality?

Hi jsmc,
You can set up your Appointment field so it only shows dates starting 5 days from when someone opens the form, while still keeping the hourly time slots from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You can do this by adjusting the Minimum Scheduling Notice and your Appointment field’s time settings. Let me walk you through it:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element on the left side of the page. In the Form Elements menu, under the Basic tab, scroll down and click on Appointment to add it to your form.
- Click on the Gear icon on the top-right side of the Appointment field to open the Appointment Properties panel.
- In the Appointment Properties panel, click on the Availability tab, under the Appointment Slot Duration section, select 60 mins.
- Scroll below into the Interval section, set the From value to 11:00 AM, and the To value to 6:00 PM.
That’s it. Your form will now have the same hourly time selection as the Appointment picker, with slots starting at 11:00 AM and ending at 6:00 PM. Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi,
Your answer doesn't match previous response, where Appointment support today+5 in start date, similar to date picker. I want to mix Date picker with time option part of appointment field.

Hi jsmc,
Since the option to show available slots in the Appointment element after a certain number of days is unsupported, my colleague has escalated this as a feature request to our Developers and if there are any updates, we will get back to you via this thread.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
