One last question, is there any way to adjust the email title that goes out to the respondent?

    Hi gsgctroop1480,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can customize the email subject line sent to respondents to make it more personalized and easier to organize. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Emails on the left side of the screen.
    3. Hover your mouse in your Autoresponder Email and click on the Pencil icon.Customize the email subject of my autoresponder emails Image 1 Screenshot 40
    4. Under Email Subject, use the Form Fields dropdown to add fields dynamically to your email subject line.(For example, you can include the respondent's name, submission ID, or any other form field)
    5. Customize the subject line as you prefer. (You could have a subject like: Thank you for your submission, {name} or Submission #{submission_id} received) Customize the email subject of my autoresponder emails Image 2 Screenshot 51
    6. Lastly, click on the Save button.Customize the email subject of my autoresponder emails Image 3 Screenshot 62

Unfortunately this wasn't what I was asking about. When they split the question off from my original post it lost context. I am adding the resend button to my data table and when I click it there is no way in the settings that I can see to change the title.

    Hi gsgctroop1480,

Thanks for clarifying your question. When you add a Request Update action column to your Jotform Table and use the resend feature, the email subject line is controlled by the email template settings associated with that button. Take a look at the screenshot below to see sample email that will be received by your form user when you use the resend button:
