AI Agent: Conversations Page redirects to Workspace page

    I am logged in and can see my agent in my workspace. The indicator shows 10 conversations but when I click the link 'conversations' a new browser window opens and only shows my Workspace. None of the links to Conversations are showing me the conversations screen.

    Hi Dean,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested the feature to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    Let me take a look at this for you. To do that, we’ll need your permission to access your account. Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In the top-right corner of your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.

    3. Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

    4. If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.

    5. Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.

    6. Finally, at the bottom of the page, toggle the Jotform Support Access to the On position.

    Hi

    Thanks for the quick response. I have enabled your access in Security settings.

    One other 'small' issue I notice. Is that I created the Agent on my wordpress site using the plugin On my site the agent's name is 'Nong'. In my account workspace it is 'Elena'. This could be a bit confusing.

    Hi Dean,

    I tried viewing your AI Agent Conversations page and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
