Auto Responder Question- not sure what I'm doing incorrectly...

    Good Day, Christine Locke here, Admin Director for The House of Judah.

    I'd like for the person completing our New Covenant Form (linked below) to receive the auto responder message with the Zoom Information. I tested the form and placed my personal email address and didn't receive the auto responder email. Are you able to review my settings to assure I've completed all steps. After this step is fixed, I'd like to add some touches to the form so only certain questions appear for certain responses, but I'd like to compete one fix at at time. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

    • Go to the Settings tab in Form Builder, then click on Emails.
    • Ensure your autoresponder email is properly set up with the correct recipient email field under the Recipients tab.
    • Check the Sender Email in the Advanced tab and consider using your own SMTP server if needed.
    • Verify your email is not in the bounce list and check your spam or junk folder.
    • Add Jotform's email addresses to your whitelist to improve deliverability.

    Once this is fixed, you can proceed with adding conditional logic to show certain questions based on responses.

    Hi Christine,

    I've cloned the form and added my email address to the Email element of the form. The Autoresponder Email was received after the form was submitted. I've captured a screencast of the process and shared it with you below for reference:

    Is your form embedded on a website? I've cleared the cache of your forms. Can you try making another test submission?
