Greetings,
I'm writing you in regards to my jot form account getting suspended. I'm not sure why my account go suspended as I'm not asking for personal information from potential customers outside of their name, email and phone number. That does not include personal information.
Please restore my account.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked and there is no account under the email exotictravel@gmail.com. Can you share the email of the suspended account?
