I seem to be having trouble accessing conversations. I get an email alert saying there is a new conversation, yet when I log in, I am unable to see it, rate it, take over the conversation, or even know that it ever happened. What's going on

Hi Peter,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have reviewed your account and currently, your AI Agent has 1 conversation. Could you try accessing the Conversation page of your AI Agent via the Workspace page? Here's how to do it:
1. In Workspace, click on your AI Agent to select.
2. On the right side of the selected AI Agent, click on More.
3. Click on Conversations.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
