I have recently added PayPal to my latest form.
When I try to test it, it comes up saying there are 15 errors. The errors
are supposedly related to all the boxes I have made compulsory
for people to fill out. It doesn't make sense. Please advise what
I am doing it incorrectly.
Thank you
Toni

Hi Toni,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Regarding the 15 errors you are seeing related to the compulsory fields after adding PayPal to your form, this usually happens when required fields are not filled out during the test submission. Here’s how to address this:
- Review all required fields: Make sure every field marked as compulsory is filled out before submitting the form.
- Check PayPal integration settings: Ensure your PayPal payment integration is properly configured. Sometimes, incomplete or incorrect payment setup can cause validation issues.
- Test the form in live mode: Use the live mode (not sandbox) to test the form and payment process to see if errors persist.
- Look for hidden required fields: Sometimes fields that are hidden or conditional can still be required, causing errors if not filled.
- Update your PayPal integration if needed: If you are using an outdated PayPal integration, update to the latest PayPal Business integration, as older versions like PayPal Invoicing or PayPal Express have been deprecated.
In line with this, when I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll look into it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
