Hi,
We’re currently using the Jotform Autocomplete Address Widget, but in the submissions, it’s only capturing and displaying the postal code instead of the full address.
Could you please advise why the complete address isn’t being populated?

Hi partner_eboost,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested the Autocompleted Address widget on a new form, and can confirm that the complete address is showing as expected. Check out the screenshot below for my result:
When I cloned and checked your form, I noticed that only the Postal code is selected in the widget. Let me show you how to fix this:
- In Form Builder, click on the Autocompleted Address widget and on the Wand icon next to it.
- Next, tick the options under the Address Fields on the right, and click on the Update button.
