Why does this happen? I am logging in from the same laptop with the same details, and then also from 3 different phones, which have all always logged in fine until now. This is really hampering our workflow if we have to keep requesting access to our own forms.

Hi admin450_admin535_admin514,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
This message appears because Jotform's standard plans allow only one active login session at a time. When you log in from multiple devices or locations, the system may prompt you to request access as a security measure. This can happen even if you use the same credentials on your laptop and phones.
To avoid this, make sure to log out from one device before logging in on another. If you need multiple users to access the same account simultaneously, consider upgrading to Jotform Enterprise, which supports multiple users and team collaboration.
Additionally, you can manage access permissions and disable the "Allow Request Access" feature for your tables or forms to reduce these prompts. This setting is available in the Share Settings of your assets.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards,
Jotform Support -

Hi admin450_admin535_admin514,
Like our AI assistant mentioned, you're seeing that message because Jotform's standard plans only allow one active login session at a time. If you log in from multiple devices or locations, the system might ask you to request access as a security step. This can happen even if you're using the same login on your laptop and phone.
To avoid this, make sure to log out from one device before logging in on another. If you need multiple users to access the same account at the same time, you might want to check out Jotform Enterprise since it supports team collaboration and multiple users.
You can also manage access permissions and turn off the Allow Request Access option for your tables to help prevent these prompts. Let me show you how:
1. In Jotform Tables, click on Share on the right corner of the page.
2. In the window that opens, click on Share Settings.
3. In the window that opens next, under the Apply Limitations section, uncheck the Allow users to request access to this table option, and you're done.
