Hi McKinnonBball,

I've checked your form and seen that you've added it to your website. Spam submissions can happen in cases like this. You can add a Captcha element to your form to try and prevent them. Here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, scroll to the end of your form, and click on Add Element on the top left side of the page.
2. Then, scroll down and drag and drop the Captcha element to your form. You can change its settings by clicking on the Gear icon on the right side of the field.
