Saw this tonight when tinkering around and I'm intrigued by the idea. One of the main complaints we have today with our Asana form (we're moving to ClickUp) is that once a Requestor submits the Asana form.... they can't go back and make edits (and they usually forget to add a file or something). When Jotform says the person filling out the form can "edit submissions later"... does that mean, if they do, that it will update the task in ClickUp?
If so... wow. That would be huge. Today, I have to print out a PDF of the request and email it to them (we lock down our Asana project to keep it private and will do the same with ClickUp).
If not, no worries.

Hi Thomas,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
When Jotform says the person filling out the form can "edit submissions later," it means they can update their submission using an edit link sent via autoresponder email. However, editing the submission itself does not automatically update the task in ClickUp.
To have updates reflected in ClickUp, you would need to set up the integration so that form submissions create or update tasks. You can also send data to ClickUp manually from Jotform Tables using action buttons. But the automatic update of ClickUp tasks upon submission edits is not a built-in feature.
Let me know if you want guidance on setting up ClickUp integration or sending data manually from Jotform Tables.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards,

Hi Thomas,
Yes, you can allow your form users to update their submitted data. But when I made a test, it doesn't update the data from the ClickUp integration, instead, it creates a new Action. Enabling people to edit their submission later is easy to do. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Hover your mouse over your Autoresponder and click on the Pencil icon to customize it.
4. Click on the Email Content window, then click on Form Fields, and select Edit Link.
5. Customize the Edit Link the way you want, and when you're finished, click on Save on the bottom-right side of the Email Content window.
After submitting the form, submitters will receive an email like the one below. Once they click on it, they'll be able to edit their submission:
Reach out again if you have any more questions.

Awesome. Thanks, Chris. Before I test it, though... just want to confirm. "Edit Link" would essentially be something like "Edit Your Submission" (i.e. what I want the text to say)?

Hi Thomas,
Aside from the Edit Link that can be inserted in the Email Content through the Form Field button, you can insert this raw edit link, https://www.jotform.com/edit/{id} into a text and it'll work the same. Doing this is easy, let's walk through this together:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Click on Emails on the left side of the screen.
- Now, click on the Pencil icon of the Autoresponder Email.
- In the Email Content, enter the text you'd want to show for editing the form submission.
- Highlight the text and click on the Hyperlink icon on top.
- Then insert the raw edit link, https://www.jotform.com/edit/{id}.
- Click on the Ok button in the message that pops up.
- Finally, click the Save button.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
