Email Notification Limits After Downgrading to Free Plan

Hi. I have 3 related questions.

1. I need to send an email notification to 4 people when a form is complete. I know I need a non-free plan, but not sure of what is the lowest priced plan that will accommodate this. Please advise.
2. I chose (and pay for ) the pricing plan above. Then after several months after use, I decide to reduce to the free version. Do I lose the 3 of the 4 emails on that specific form?
3. Finally, accessing the data in the spreadsheet, how do I give the 4 emails above access and do they ever loose access (revert to the free)?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. On the Starter plan, you can add only one recipient to a notification email. If you need to send notifications to multiple recipients, our paid plans allow up to 10 recipients per notification email. On the other hand, the lowest available paid plan is the Bronze plan. Since you're already downgraded to the Starter plan, you're only allowed to add 1 recipient for your notification email. I’ve gone ahead and moved your other question to a separate thread to keep things tidy, and someone from our Support Team will help you out with it here.
