Apple Pay not showing on my published form as an option

I have a form created with a payment box, and I've selected for the options to be credit/debit card, or Google pay or Apple pay via Stripe. The form is published. When I see it, though, I only see card and google pay as options. Apple pay is not available. I don't know what I need to do to make it show up. Please help!

    Hi Emily,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported through Stripe Checkout integration, but Apple Pay will only appear on the payment page if it is enabled in your Stripe account and if the user is using a Safari browser with Apple Pay set up on their device. Here’s what you can check:

    • Make sure Apple Pay is enabled in your Stripe Dashboard under payment methods.
    • Confirm your Stripe integration in Jotform is set to Live Mode and properly connected.
    • Inform your users that Apple Pay will only show if they are on Safari and have Apple Pay configured on their device.

Apple Pay does not show as a direct option on the form itself but appears on the Stripe Checkout page when conditions are met.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Jotform Support
