I was charged $468 when I am was supposed to be charged $294 for the year. I am requesting an adjustment to my plan.

Hi Stephanie,
I checked the account and base on the last year's renewal and this current renewal. Last renewal, you only paid $294 because of the Regular Fifty Silver Yearly Discount. This discount is only for good for a year, and it does not renew along with the plan. This renewal the discount expires hence you paid $468 which is the regular rate for the Silver Yearly plan.
