How to allow user to choose a product, then send it for approval?

    I wanna create a form that my staff fills in with the customer name, then go through pricing for each product category, and be able to choose between 3 tiers, retail, trade and key account for each. then i wanna be able to approve this pricelist as the manager and after the pDF gets send to the member that ahs requesteded as a PDF

    You can create a form where your staff fills in the customer name and selects pricing for each product category with three tiers (retail, trade, key account) by using the Product List field in Form Builder. You can set special pricing per option for each tier.

    For manager approval, you can add an approval workflow using conditions or an approval widget to review and approve the pricelist.

    Once approved, you can set up your form to automatically generate and send a PDF invoice or pricelist to the customer using the PDF Editor and email notification settings.

    Hi Hoodad,

    Let me show you how to set up your form based on your requirement:

    First, you need to add three Multiple Choice Elements for your product tiers and let them choose the product in each category:

    1. In Form Builder, select your product tier.

    2. Go to Options, then enable Calculation Values. You can then add the prices/value for each option for all your product tiers.

Image 2 Screenshot 51 Once done, you can create a workflow, where once the form is submitted, you will be asked to approve it, and once approved, a PDF will be sent to the form responder.
