Can you tell me how you interrogate with Planning Center Online? I'm looking to use a form for an event and have the attendees automatically be added into PCO with their address, email, phone, family members, etc. Will jotform do that when people sign up using the jotform form?

    Hi Shelley,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:

Jotform can integrate with Planning Center Online (PCO) to automatically add attendees with their details such as address, email, phone, and family members when they sign up using your Jotform form. This is typically done through integration workflows or third-party automation tools that connect Jotform submissions to PCO, syncing the data automatically.

If you set up the integration correctly, attendee information collected via your form will be sent to PCO without manual entry.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Jotform Support

    Hi Shelley,

Currently, there's no direct integration with Planning Center Online (PCO), but this can be made possible through Zapier. By using Zapier, you can set up automated workflows between Jotform and Planning Center Online (PCO). You check out on how to connect here.

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
